متن کاملDifluoromethyl 2-pyridyl sulfone: a versatile carbonyl gem-difluoroolefination reagent
Fluoroalkenes have attracted extensive research interest from the synthetic community for decades owing to their unique properties and important applications. Recently, exploring new reagents and methods for the synthesis of gem-difluoroolefins with high reliability and broad scope has become particularly active. Taking into account the cost and availability of the starting materials, the deoxy...
متن کامل"GaI": a versatile reagent for the synthetic chemist.
The current renaissance in main group chemistry has been fuelled by the remarkable array of fundamentally interesting yet synthetically applicable low oxidation state p-block compounds that have appeared over the last decade. Their syntheses generally require the ready availability of low oxidation state element halide precursors. In the case of gallium this is provided by the simple to prepare...
متن کاملBeckmann rearrangement of ketoximes induced by phenyl dichlorophosphate at ambient temperature.
Upon treatment with phenyl dichlorophosphate (PhOP=OCl(2)) in acetonitrile at ambient temperature, a variety of ketoximes underwent a Beckmann rearrangement in an effective manner to afford the corresponding amides in moderate to high yields.
